The federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) explicitly excludes agricultural workers from overtime pay, meaning they have no right to overtime pay under federal law. As a result, in states where there are no overtime laws or where agricultural workers are not covered by state overtime laws, agricultural workers do not have any rights to overtime pay.
