Congress and the Administration Must Not Cut Farmworkers’ Wages in the H-2A Guestworker Program (May 2020)

This report analyzes the massive wage cuts that would result from proposals being considered in Congress and the Trump administration to lower wages for guestworkers in the H-2A visa program, and their negative effect on both foreign and U.S. farmworkers.
